Danville Station Homeowners Association is a beautiful, established, family-oriented community situated in the heart of the San Ramon Valley. It is ideally located within walking and bicycling distance of quaint, historic Downtown Danville and enjoys breathtaking views of beautiful Mount Diablo. The Association spreads over 100 acres and is comprised of 318 single-family homes, and is centered around 10 acres of meticulously cared for, mature landscaping including greenbelts, parks, creeks and walking paths.
The residents of Danville Station enjoy a beautiful recreation area that includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, four lighted tennis courts, two parks and playgrounds. It is host to many social and athletic activities, some organized and many spontaneous. Residents also enjoy convenient access to the Iron Horse trail, a multi-use paved trail that extends several miles north and south of Danville , and is ideal for walking, running and biking.
Danville Station is served by one of the most highly rated school districts in the state of California , making it one of the most sought-after communities in the East Bay . John Baldwin Elementary and Charlotte Wood Middle Schools are an easy walk for most children through the private greenbelts and parks. Danville Station is a financially stable, professionally managed association of homeowners governed by a volunteer board of directors. The board dedicates itself to the upkeep and improvement of Association properties and common areas as well as monitoring the development of areas adjacent to Danville Station that might affect the quality of living for its residents.
We are truly fortunate to live in such a wonderful place.
Eucalyptus Tree Prune/Removal
All Danville Station Owners:
The Board of Directors had arborists review the 4 eucalyptus trees behind the south monument at El Capitan/Camino Ramon corner.
They approved Monarch Tree Services, who worked with the Town of Danville’s arborist, to approve the removal of two (2) of the four (4) trees. The other 2 not being removed were deemed healthy (not diseased) and were approved for heavy pruning.
Monarch will begin the pruning and removal process on Monday, 9/29/2025, it will take about 2 weeks. They will work around the school traffic—start at 8:30am and leave by 2:30pm (Wednesday's they will end earlier).
Any questions or concerns, please contact rritter@hoaservices.net or jessie@hoaservices.net.
