CReek flood updates

Creek update:

The county flood control delivered a flood study 2 months late and the study isn’t helpful at this time to provide any clear action steps. ENGEO (geotechnical engineering firm) is reviewing it in detail in an effort to see what steps can be developed long term.

In the meantime the Board has worked with ENGEO in giving us guidance to move forward on a thorough creek bank vegetation clean out that will begin next week and be completed in 2 weeks.
